ICBA and other groups requested that the Treasury Department, FDIC, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and Office of Foreign Assets Control extend the deadline for public comments on their respective notices of proposed rulemaking on the GENIUS Act by 60 days after the issuance of a final rule by the OCC implementing the GENIUS Act for entities subject to the its jurisdiction.
