Amy Ledig is VP and Safety and Soundness Regulatory Counsel at the Independent Community Bankers of America. She focuses on safety and soundness policy issues, including the intersection of prudential regulation and digital assets.
Before joining ICBA, Amy served as Counsel in the FDIC’s Legal Division, where she advised on banking supervision, regulation, and administrative law matters. She previously clerked for the Maryland Court of Appeals.
Amy holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a Master’s in Education from Arizona State University, and a BA in political science from Macalester College.
