ICBA sent comments to the OCC, FDIC, and Federal Reserve regarding President Donald Trump’s Executive Order, “Integrating Financial Technology Innovation into Regulatory Frameworks.” ICBA said that the actions already taken demonstrate meaningful progress, but additional reforms are necessary to ensure that community banks can fully participate in the rapidly evolving financial services ecosystem.
