ICBA wrote a letter to Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) in support of the Fair Audits and Inspections for Regulators’ Exams Act (S. 5335). ICBA said the bill would go a long way toward improving the sometimes oppressive bank examination environment by creating a workable appeals process.
