Melanie Borgerding is Manager, Accounting for ICBA. In her role, Melanie works primarily with ICBA CRA Solutions, where she oversees daily accounting operations and supports accurate financial reporting for several mission-driven programs and partnerships.
She works closely with staff, vendors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders supporting the Senior Housing Crime Prevention Investment Corporation (SHCPFIC), SHCP Loan Foundation (SHCPF), and USI Alliance.
She is responsible for managing financial transactions, supporting key accounting processes including monthly financial statements, annual budget and audit support, and helping ensure the effectiveness and integrity of financial operations.
Prior to joining ICBA in 2018, Melanie worked in the loan department of a community bank, where she developed a strong foundation in banking operations and customer service.
