Shon Myers is ICBA Vice Chairman of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) – the only national organization that exclusively represents community banks.

Myers is president, CEO, and chairman of Farmers & Merchants Bank in Miamisburg, Ohio. He holds many leadership roles, including on the ICBA Executive Committee, Federal Delegate Board and board of directors. He also serves on the Policy Development Committee and is the Executive Committee liaison for the Consumer Financial Services and Bank Operations committees.

Active locally, Myers served as past chairman of Community Bankers Association of Ohio. He gives back through service with a variety of organizations and voluntary board positions. He is a member of Rotary International, and the Miamisburg Municipal Trust Fund Finance Committee, and serves as vice president of the Miamisburg Community Foundation.

Myers has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kentucky Christian University and is a graduate of Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wis.
