Only community bankers may be nominated. Nominees must be employed at an ICBA member bank both at the time of nomination and at the time of receiving the recognition. Exception may be considered if nominated by a state community banking association. Nomination forms must be complete. ICBA reserves the right to eliminate incomplete nominations submitted for consideration. Additional eligibility criteria may apply. All rights reserved.
