The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau released its fall 2021 agenda of regulatory matters it plans to pursue through Oct. 31, 2022.
Details: The agenda includes:
Section 1071 small-business data collection.
Section 1033 consumer financial account data access.
Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing.
Standards for automated valuation models.
The LIBOR transition.
Reviewing existing regulations and market monitoring.
More: The CFPB said it expects the spring 2022 agenda will more fully reflect the priorities of Director Rohit Chopra, who began his term Oct. 12.
