Details:
The first adjusts the threshold for exempting loans from special appraisal requirements under the Truth in Lending Act higher priced mortgage loan appraisal from $32,400 to $33,500.
The second adjusts the thresholds in Regulation Z for determining the exempt consumer credit transactions under TILA from $69,500 to $71,900.
The third adjusts the thresholds in Regulation M for determining the exempt consumer lease transactions under the Consumer Leasing Act from $69,500 to $71,900.
