The Biden Administration’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs published the regulatory agencies’ fall 2022 rulemaking agenda. In the agenda, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said it will conduct pre-rule activity on overdraft and non-sufficient-funds fees and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, while federal banking regulators targeted a March release of Community Reinvestment Act modernization rules.
