Here for good: help us celebrate community banking

The year is almost over, and we’d love your help to get ready for ICBA LIVE 2024, March 14-17.

Next year’s ICBA LIVE theme is Here for Good, celebrating community banking and how community bankers you always show up for your customers and communities.

In line with the holiday spirit, we’re asking you to share how you and your bank are here for good: So grab your phone and record a quick video for us!

All banks that submit a video by Dec. 22 will be entered into a drawing to receive a $250 dollars donation to a charitable organization of their choosing. Two winners will be chosen.

We’ll also feature a selection of the videos we receive leading up to ICBA LIVE on email, social media and of course in the general sessions at ICBA LIVE 2024 in Orlando, so you can see yourself or members of your team on the big screen.

Here are a few helpful hints:

• Choose a meaningful location – inside or outside of your bank, a community landmark, a customer’s business, whatever means something to you and your mission.

• Try to avoid any holiday or seasonal décor, since this will show in March.

• Wear whatever you usually wear to work, we’re looking for authenticity.

• Speak right to the camera; you’re talking to your fellow banking peers.

• No need to memorize or read from a cue card, speak right from the heart.

• Multiple takes are par for the course! Don’t hesitate to do it over. Send us your favorite or send every take and we’ll choose the best parts to use.
