ICBA ad campaign spotlights impact of community banks
February 11, 2026 / By ICBA
With multiple advocacy efforts underway in Washington, an ICBA ad campaign running this week showcases the positive impact of community banks to local communities.
Details: In the Politico Morning Money ads targeting policymakers in the nation’s capital, ICBA says community banks power local economies, fuel small-business innovation, and help Main Street communities thrive.
Current Efforts: The ad campaign coincides with the overwhelming House passage earlier this week of community bank regulatory relief legislation, the ongoing debate over digital assets market structure, the recent signing of spending legislation that fully funds the CDFI Fund for 2026, and other key advocacy efforts.
Capital Summit in May: Meanwhile, registration is open for the ICBA Capital Summit, which is slated for May 4-7 at the Westin Washington, D.C. Downtown and features community banker grassroots meetings with congressional offices on key industry issues.
