ICBA Capital Summit kicks off in Washington

The ICBA Capital Summit is bringing community bankers from across the country to Washington today through Friday.
Details: The ICBA Capital Summit empowers community bankers to make their voices heard on Capitol Hill to ensure policymakers understand the vital role of community banks in driving growth and opportunity.
Highlights: Policy leaders speaking at the summit include House Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill (R-Ark.), House Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Chairman Dan Meuser (R-Pa.), FDIC Chairman Travis Hill, and Treasury Under Secretary for Domestic Finance Jonathan McKernan.
Grassroots: ICBA is encouraging community bankers to use its Be Heard grassroots action center to spotlight key issues as community bankers arrive in Washington, including digital assets, tiered regulation, and taxing large credit unions.
