Did You Know?
Did you know the ICBA Online Training Custom Plan builds upon the Standard Plan by offering two enhanced capabilities designed to support comprehensive training management?
In addition to providing access to the same robust course catalog, the Custom Plan enables organizations to incorporate bank policies directly into courses and track additional training activities. You can embed your organization’s policy documents (PDF format) within existing online courses using secure links. This allows employees to review and formally acknowledge required policies as part of their training experience and supports compliance needs.
Employees and/or admin(s) can also document a wide range of training types completed outside the course library, including in-house training sessions, webinars, seminars, and instructor-led courses (both in person and virtual). This feature allows administrators to capture all training activity in a single system, providing a complete and centralized training record. Administrators can also efficiently bulk-load training entries for multiple employees at once.
For banks that subscribe to the Bank Compliance Bundle or the Standard Plan and are interested in learning more about the options that come with the Custom Plan, please reach out to Lori at 320-352-7380 or lori.braegelmann@icba.org.
