Though there are few changes to note since the June Outlook report, the downside risks to the outlook are clearly rising.
A continued recovery in the months ahead is still possible, albeit at a more gradual pace than June’s data would suggest. Public policy response to the recent surge in COVID cases remains an influencing factor.
