ICBA Announces Staff Promotions

Washington, D.C. (Jan. 13, 2020) —The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) welcomed the new decade with several staff announcements. The new titles and responsibilities reflect ICBA’s three-pronged focus on advocacy, innovation and education on behalf of the nation’s community banks.
“ICBA congratulates our highly respected and dedicated team of professionals on their well-deserved promotions in service to our industry,” ICBA President and CEO Rebeca Romero said. “I’m proud of the incredible work this team has accomplished and look forward to engaging these exceptionally talented individuals in service of our community bank members.”
The new titles and promotions include:
Kevin Tweddle, senior executive vice president of community bank solutions.
Lindsay LaNore, group executive vice president and chief learning and experience officer.
Prabhash Shrestha, group executive vice president and chief digital strategy officer.
Martina Dashner, vice president of meetings and events.
Ryan Hadley, vice president of data analytics and research.
Kristin Winter, vice president of accounting services.
Mandy Snyder, assistant vice president of online training and compliance.
Tim Roy, manager of housing finance policy.
Lauren White, vendor relations coordinator and client relations representative.
Hunter Weisenburg, helpdesk and junior cloud administrator.
