ICBA Response: In an ICBA news release following their seventh consecutive appearance on the list, Romero Rainey and Merski said they are honored to represent community banks in Washington and to drive many pressing advocacy issues facing the industry.
Showcasing Community Banks: “This honor underscores the essential role of community banks as engines of economic growth and pillars of local communities across the nation,” Romero Rainey said. Merski added: “This recognition affirms that community banks’ voices are being heard in the policy debates that impact Main Street America.”
