The OCC issued revised interagency Home Mortgage Disclosure Act examination procedures for determining HMDA compliance. The new procedures update interagency procedures issued in April 2019.
Details: The revised procedures address changes to the effective dates for loan-volume thresholds for closed-end mortgage loans and open-end lines of credit. They also address changes to a partial exemption for applications and covered loans.
