ICBA’s Career Center makes all that—and more—easier.

Make finding the right candidate easy

The Career Center offers resources that streamline processes for both job seekers and employers. Features available for community bank employers include:

  • Resume search: Employers can search through more than 3,400 available resumes to see which candidates catch their eye.

  • Manage applications: This tool enables employers to easily sort applications for their job postings, based on criteria such as applicant location and education level.

  • Job posting videos: This feature allows employers to create 60-second videos for each of their job postings that can highlight key information and better explain the company’s brand.

In addition, there’s an automated bulk post option available to banks that are posting 10 or more jobs or frequently post multiple jobs.

Stand out and find the right job

The Career Center isn’t just for recruiters. Anyone looking for a job can apply through the job search page. Creating a free account opens the door to more opportunities, such as uploading your resume and managing job alerts.

Some of the other available resources for job seekers include:

  • Career Learning Center: For free, you can watch videos and read articles on topics like remote work and interview preparation.

  • Career coaching: ICBA has career coaches for a range of career stages, from entry-level to C-suite executives.

  • Resume writing: Hire an experienced resume writer to craft, critique or distribute your resume to the right recruiters.
