With the Senate expected to vote this week on an ICBA-advocated resolution to overturn the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s overdraft rule, ICBA is calling on community bankers to urge their senators to vote in favor of the measure.
Overdraft Resolution: Community bankers can use ICBA’s Be Heard grassroots action center to urge their members of Congress to support the congressional resolution to nullify the CFPB’s overdraft rule.
Background: The House Financial Services Committee advanced the House version of the resolution earlier this month.
