The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau issued new technical specifications for complying with credit card agreement and data submission requirements under TILA and the CARD Act (Regulation Z).
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau issued new technical specifications for complying with credit card agreement and data submission requirements under TILA and the CARD Act (Regulation Z).
Updates: The technical specifications include registration information and the URL for the website at which issuers (or their designees) can submit the required information.
Background: Credit card issuers that are required to make quarterly credit card submissions to the bureau must register for the bureau’s “Collect” website by Nov. 1.
