Details: Scheduled for 11 a.m. (Eastern time) Wednesday, June 28, the webinar is designed to cover which financial institutions, transactions, and small businesses are covered under the rule.
Grassroots: ICBA continues calling on community bankers to use its Be Heard grassroots action center to urge their members of Congress to support resolutions that would nullify the 1071 rule.
Compliance Q&As: Meanwhile, ICBA offers members more than 100 Q&As about the 1071 rule on its Compliance Vault. ICBA-member community bankers without an account can create one online.
