F&M Bank Announces Promotions

Trent Cox has been promoted to Vice President/Commercial Banking Manager

Trent joined F&M Bank in November 2012 as a Business Banking Officer.  He was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Commercial Lending in October 2015 and was then subsequently promoted to Vice President/Commercial and Ag Banking in March 2017.  Trent holds a Bachelors Degree from Monmouth College and had 9 years of management experience prior to joining F&M Bank. 

Lori Hedden has been promoted to Vice President/Trust Officer

Lori has been with F&M Bank since June 1977, when she was hired as a teller.  She also worked in the proof department before her promotion into the trust department, where she has been for the past 36 years.  Lori was promoted from Trust Officer to Assistant Vice President /Trust Officer in 2016.  Through the years, Lori has done an outstanding job of building and maintaining relationships with our trust clients and plays a key role in our trust operations.

Rhonda Houzenga has been promoted to Vice President/Marketing & Public Relations

Rhonda joined the F&M Bank in May 2005 as Director of Marketing and Public Relations.  She was promoted to Marketing and Public Relations Officer in March 2007, followed by a promotion to Assistant Vice President/Marketing and Public Relations in February 2015.  Rhonda holds an Associates Degree from Carl Sandburg College and graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing. 

Diana Whitson has been promoted to Vice President/Human Resources & Executive Administration

Diana joined F&M in January 2005 as Human Resources Representative/Administrative Assistant.  She was promoted to Human Resources & Administrative Officer in March 2007, followed by a promotion to Assistant Vice President/Human Resources & Executive Administration in February 2012.  She has also served as the bank’s Corporate Secretary since March 2013.  Diana holds a Bachelors Degree from Knox College and was Manager of Human Resources at Maytag prior to joining F&M Bank.

Adam Turner has been promoted to AVP/Wealth Advisor

Adam joined F&M Bank in March 2009 as a Business Banker.  In December 2011 he moved to the investment department as Investment Representative.  Adam is a graduate of The University of Iowa and has also completed the necessary requirements for his life/health, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
