The FDIC board of directors is scheduled to meet tomorrow morning to discuss proposals related to the Change in Bank Control Act of 1978. Scheduled for 10 a.m. (Eastern time), the meeting also will cover the semiannual update to the agency’s Deposit Insurance Fund Restoration Plan.
