Details: EBAs are limited-purpose accounts at Federal Reserve Banks established to maintain the reserve balances of eligible institutions and managed by agents on behalf of the participating institutions.
More: The Fed said the account access guidelines establish transparent, risk-based, and consistent factors for Reserve Banks to use in reviewing requests for access to accounts and services.
