The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network issued an alert to U.S. financial institutions related to financing Israeli extremist settler violence against Palestinians in the West Bank.
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network issued an alert to U.S. financial institutions related to financing Israeli extremist settler violence against Palestinians in the West Bank.
Details: The alert identifies transactional and behavioral red flags to help financial institutions identify and report suspicious activity that finances such violence.
Executive Order: The alert complements an Executive Order from President Joe Biden authorizing the government to sanction foreign persons that are responsible for or complicit in such actions.
