First International Bank & Trust Joe Sumers Named Licensed Appraiser

FARGO, ND – First International Bank & Trust (FIB&T) is proud to announce Joe Sumers as the FIB&T licensed appraiser. Joe has been with FIB&T nearly nine years and has worked in various areas including Customer Care and the Trust Department. Since 2013, he has worked in the Appraisal Department and was named Appraisal Department Manager in August 2016. Over the last 4.5 years, Joe has been working towards receiving his Certified General Appraisal License. He finalized this last month when he was approved by The North Dakota Real Estate Appraiser Qualifications and Ethics Board and passed the National Exam. As of September 1, Joe is a licensed appraiser.
