Background: ICBA is asking Congress to enhance USDA guaranteed loan programs while blocking Farm Credit System expansion and nonfarm business-lending proposals. While farm bill timing is uncertain, action this spring is possible.
Grassroots Messages: Community bankers can use ICBA’s Be Heard grassroots action center to call and write their members of Congress as soon as possible.
