Form Resources: Translated versions of Form 1103 and updated Uniform Residential Loan Application frequently asked questions with information related to the SCIF are available from Fannie and Freddie.
Fair Lending Requirement: Additionally, the Federal Housing Finance Agency announced last year that servicers will be required to maintain transferrable fair lending data, including borrowers’ preferred language, as of March 1.
