ICBA announces new chairman, Executive Committee

ICBA announced the election of its 2025-2026 Executive Committee at ICBA LIVE 2025 in Nashville, Tenn.

New Chairman: Jack E. Hopkins, president and CEO of CorTrust Bank in Sioux Falls, S.D., was elected ICBA chairman and serves as chairman of the ICBA Executive Committee and board of directors.

Executive Committee: Joining Hopkins on the ICBA Executive Committee are:

• Chairman-elect: Alice P. Frazier, president and CEO of Bank of Charles Town, W. Va.

• Vice Chairman: Michael Burke Jr., president of ChoiceOne Bank in Lapeer, Mich.

• ICBA President and CEO: Rebeca Romero Rainey of Washington, D.C.

• Treasurer: Quentin Leighty, president and chief financial officer of First National Bank Colorado in Las Animas, Colo.

• Secretary: Douglas Parrott, president and CEO of the State Bank of Toulon, Ill.

• Immediate Past Chairman: Lucas White, president of The Fountain Trust Co. in Covington, Ind.

• Past Chairman: Derek B. Williams, president and CEO of Century Bank & Trust in Milledgeville, Ga.

• Past Chairman: Brad M. Bolton, president and CEO of Community Spirit Bank in Red Bay, Ala.
