Outgoing ICBA Chairman Lucas White said momentum for policy change is on the side of community bankers and now is the time to make a difference in Washington.
Outgoing ICBA Chairman Lucas White said momentum for policy change is on the side of community bankers and now is the time to make a difference in Washington.
Details: Speaking at ICBA LIVE 2025 in Nashville, White encouraged community bankers to attend the upcoming ICBA Capital Summit, which is scheduled for May 12-15 in Washington, D.C. White noted that last year’s summit had more than 100 first-time attendees.
Taking Action: With a new Congress and administration in Washington, ICBA is urging community bankers to sign up for Capital Summit and advocate for critical reforms that will help community banks meet the needs of local communities. Learn more and register.
