ICBA and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency are scheduled to host a members-only tabletop exercise to support community bank cybersecurity at noon (Eastern time) Thursday, Oct. 16.
ICBA and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency are scheduled to host a members-only tabletop exercise to support community bank cybersecurity at noon (Eastern time) Thursday, Oct. 16.
What it Means for Community Banks: The three-hour virtual exercise will cover identifying, mitigating, responding to, and recovering from cyber incidents while an unrelated regional disaster strikes.
About the Exercise: The exercise scenario will feature a cascading event with a cloud service provider cyber event and a regional disaster. Participants will explore cyberattacks that compromise business operations and customer data while discussing their response plans, utilization of AI, and other mitigation measures.
