ICBA announced the launch of ICBA Community—an online platform that provides professional networking and discussion opportunities exclusively for community bankers.
ICBA announced the launch of ICBA Community—an online platform that provides professional networking and discussion opportunities exclusively for community bankers.
Details: ICBA Community:
Will be actively managed by ICBA.
Will allow users to create and comment on posts, conduct polls, search content, and send direct messages to other ICBA members.
Is accessible via desktop or mobile device via community.icba.org or the native app.
Impact: ICBA Community is optimized for mobile experience (Apple and Google) and focused on meeting the needs of community banks in three key areas:
Driving peer-to-peer discussions related to industry news, best practices, laws and regulations, and relevant insights.
Serving as a conduit for peer-to-peer networking and mentorship opportunities.
Establishing a system of dialogue channels that allows for the collection of community banker feedback to guide ICBA’s future initiatives.
ICBA Member Forum: “ICBA Community provides a forum for our members to discuss current and future topics impacting our industry and to exchange meaningful ideas and strategies that will help them run their banks and grow as professionals,” ICBA President and CEO Rebeca Romero Rainey said. “We are proud to offer this exciting new member benefit.”
