ICBA and other groups called on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors to grant a 30-day extension for its Notice of Proposed Rule Making on Debit Card Interchange Fees and Routing.
The joint letter says extending the deadline will allow for a more thorough review of the NPRM and robust engagement with the members, which would enhance the quality, accuracy, and specificity of the analysis and commentary on the proposal.
