The OCC announced its fees and assessments for calendar year 2024.
The OCC announced its fees and assessments for calendar year 2024.
The OCC is maintaining the general assessment, independent trust, and independent credit card fee schedules from 2023 with no inflation adjustment to assessment rates.
The OCC will assess new entrants on a prorated basis using call report information as of Dec. 31 or June 30.
The OCC is increasing the hourly fee for special examinations and investigations to $170 from $161.
