The OCC announced its fees and assessments for calendar year 2025.
The OCC announced its fees and assessments for calendar year 2025.
Details: The OCC reported that it:
Increased the marginal rates in the general assessment fee schedule for assets above $40 billion by 16%.
Raised all other rates in the general assessment fee schedule by 2.65% to account for inflation.
Upped the asset cap used in the problem bank surcharge calculation from $40 billion to $250 billion.
Will assess new entrants on a prorated basis using call report information as of Dec. 31 or June 30.
Increased the hourly fee for special examinations and investigations to $176 from $170.
