The OCC issued a Small Bank Compliance Guide and other resources on its Community Reinvestment Act final rule, which took effect Oct. 1.
The OCC issued a Small Bank Compliance Guide and other resources on its Community Reinvestment Act final rule, which took effect Oct. 1. The guide includes compliance dates, qualifying activities, and additional information on the rule.
In addition to the compliance guide, the agency released an initial illustrative list of activities that qualify for CRA credit and a form to request consideration of items to be added to that list. These and other resources are available on the agency's CRA webpage.
