The OCC issued revised interagency examination procedures and rescissions for the Truth in Lending Act The updates reflect amendments to Regulation Z, including the new Qualified Mortgage category called “seasoned QMs” and a delay in the compliance date for the new general QM definition until Oct. 1, 2022.
