The OCC released a request for information for its first-ever survey on consumer trust in banking and bank supervision.
The OCC released a request for information for its first-ever survey on consumer trust in banking and bank supervision.
Details: The RFI solicits input from stakeholders to shape the survey and maximize its value. The OCC is seeking feedback on 21 questions on the scope of the survey, components and drivers of trust, and ways to track and analyze trust over time.
Hsu Remarks: In public remarks, Acting Comptroller of the Currency Michael Hsu said the agency is seeking results to inform banking supervision and to safeguard trust in the banking system, which can affect banks, depositors, and regulatory compliance.
Comment Deadline: Feedback is due within 120 days. ICBA plans to submit comments.
