The OCC today is slated to release a request for information for its first-ever survey on consumer trust in banking and bank supervision.
The OCC today is slated to release a request for information for its first-ever survey on consumer trust in banking and bank supervision.
Details: The RFI solicits input from stakeholders to shape the survey and maximize its value. The OCC is seeking feedback on 21 questions on the scope of the survey, components and drivers of trust, and ways to track and analyze trust over time.
Comment Deadline: Feedback is due within 120 days of today’s release of the RFI. ICBA plans to submit comments.
